Krysia trained at Mountview Theatre School in London.

After graduating in the 80’s she pursued a performing career for 20+ years, before deciding to start her career in managing other talent, due to noticing the lack of successful and respected female created & led companies.

Since creating AKM Talent Management, Krysia has also opened a literary department and Production company; A place for our writers and Performers to have a platform to create and collaborate.

Krysia is an extremely dedicated agent, pushing and assisting our talent to navigate the good, bad and unexpected elements of the industry.

The main goal for Krysia in being part of the industry, is to push voices of female identifying talent, male identifying talent and embracing and encouraging diversity and a safe environment for performers.
